Four years ago I learned I had multiple food sensitives and digestive conditions leading to a gluten free and dairy free diet. When you have been eating a certain way your whole life, it can feel intimidating to make changes especially when they can be difficult and time consuming.
Fortunately for me, it led to a passion for cooking, baking, and recipe development and sharing. I created Bite to Share in the hopes of making recipes more accessible for individuals with modified diets. No matter your dietary needs, you can always make simple, delicious and satisfying meals.
